TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEGA DRAW

Eligibility 

The Arogya.ai Mega Draw ("Mega Draw") is open to all attendees of the ARPTN 4th Annual Meeting 2023 event where Arogya.ai has set up a booth. Employees, partners, and affiliates of Arogya.ai are not eligible to participate in the Mega Draw.

Participation

1. Completed and submitted the survey provided on the Standee in front of the ballroom. 

2. Follow Arogya’s page on LinkedIn.

3. Post the selfie at Arogya’s booth on LinkedIn with hashtag #ArogyaAI #ResetRethinkRebuild

4. Drop their name card in the Lucky dip or guest book.

Period:

The Mega Draw will run from 1pm 11-August-2023 to 11am 13-August-2023. Entries received before or after this period will not be considered for Mega Draw.

Prizes*:

1. One (1) Prize Free 6-month license of Arogya.ai's Inventory and Order Manager Application covering the license fee for the Application only.

2. Two (2) Prizes Free 3-month license of Arogya.ai's Inventory and Order Manager Application covering the license fee for the Application only.

*Any additional costs, including but not limited to data science services for data cleaning and integration, are not covered under these prizes and will be charged separately.

Winner Selection:

The winners of the Mega Draw will be selected through a random drawing. The drawing will take place after the event's conclusion. The winners will be notified via the contact details provided during participation. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

Acceptance and Usage:

By accepting the prize, the winners agree to the terms and conditions of the Mega Draw. The winners must provide all necessary information and details required for the setup and activation of the free license including any usage guidelines or engagement process specified by Arogya.

Transfer and Substitution:

The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other products or services.

​

Modification or Termination:

Arogya.ai reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the Mega Draw at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

​

Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winners grant Arogya.ai the right to use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.

​

Privacy:

Participant information collected during the Mega Draw will be used solely for the purpose of the Mega Draw and will be handled in accordance with Arogya.ai's privacy policy.

​

Governing Law:

The Mega Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of Indonesia.
